This is a fun, fantasy read. Hanuvar is a defeated man, but not a beaten one. The tale is told episodically, with the episodes getting better and better as the book goes on. Which is the proper trend. The older ones out there will understand that this is like an ancient version of Then Came Bronson (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Then_Ca…).
